Precautions for use:
1. Pay attention to the humidity of the construction environment: Before installation, ensure that the humidity of the construction environment is within the appropriate range, and avoid construction in a high humidity environment to prevent the board from absorbing too much moisture and causing deformation, warping or veneer peeling.
2. Reserve expansion joints: Since the board will expand or contract with changes in temperature and humidity, appropriate expansion joints should be reserved during installation. Generally, a gap of 3-5mm per meter should be reserved to prevent the board from deforming, squeezing or cracking due to thermal expansion and contraction.
3. Avoid excessive bending: Although Melamine MDF has a certain degree of flexibility, excessive bending may cause the veneer to crack or damage the internal structure of the board. Therefore, excessive bending of the board should be avoided during use.
4. Pay attention to fire safety: Although melamine veneers have certain fire resistance, fire safety should still be paid attention to during the decoration process to avoid direct contact between open flames and the board. Fire extinguishing equipment should be equipped at the construction site.

2. Good moisture-proof performance: Melamine veneer has a certain moisture-proof ability, which can prevent moisture from invading the interior of the board to a certain extent. It is suitable for some areas with high moisture-proof requirements, such as living rooms and bedrooms, but it is not recommended to use it in long-term humid environments, such as bathrooms and kitchens.
3. Convenient construction: The board has various sizes and specifications, and is relatively light in weight, which is easy to carry and install. It can be installed in a variety of ways, such as nailing, gluing, hanging, etc., with fast construction speed, which can effectively shorten the decoration period.
