Precautions for use:
1. Cutting and processing: Use sharp knives or saw blades for cutting, such as tungsten carbide saw blades, to reduce edge cracking and burrs during cutting; tape can be applied to the cutting line before cutting to further prevent debris during cutting; if the edge needs to be exposed after cutting, the edge should be sealed in time to protect the inside of the board from moisture and prevent edge wear.
2. Installation and fixation: During installation, ensure that the board is firmly installed to avoid deformation or damage due to looseness; if nails or screws are required for fixing, pre-drill holes on the board to prevent cracking on the surface of the board; when splicing with other materials, pay attention to sealing to prevent moisture from penetrating from the splicing.
3. Avoid high temperature and sharp objects: Although Melamine Board has a certain degree of heat resistance, it should avoid long-term contact with high-temperature objects to avoid discoloration, deformation or damage to the surface; at the same time, prevent sharp objects from directly scratching the surface to avoid leaving scratches.
